What we collect and why — in plain English.
Driveway Cleaning Meath (Brendan Devlin · 34 River Lane, Rochford Manor, Trim, Co. Meath, C15 ED26) is the data controller for the details you send us.
What we collect
- Your name, phone, email and Eircode
- What you'd like cleaned and any details you add
- Any photos you choose to upload
Why we collect it
Only to prepare your quote and, if you go ahead, to schedule and carry out the work. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Who sees it
Brendan and his team. Your enquiry may reach us over WhatsApp (Meta) so we can reply quickly — treat anything you send as shared with that messaging service. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
When you book a site visit, your booking details are processed by Cal.com (our scheduling provider) and added to our calendar. We use them only to arrange and price your job.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views and page speed. It sets no cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't record your session — so there's no cookie banner to click. We don't use advertising or marketing cookies.
Booking tools from Cal.com load only when you choose to book a visit. The quote form uses only the essential storage needed to send your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Job records are kept as long as needed for the work and our records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it at any time — email brendandevlin376@gmail.com or call +353 87 824 1492. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
